Fellowship Hall Names New Chief Operating Officer and Development Director
GREENSBORO, NC—Fellowship Hall, the triad’s premier not-for-profit alcohol and drug treatment center, welcomes Todd Clark, PhD as Chief Operating Officer and Altina Layman as Director of Development.
Clark comes to Fellowship Hall from Novant Health/Forsyth Medical Center Behavioral Health where he served as director from 2003-2015. Previously Clark was a clinical supervisor with Davidson County Area Program Substance Abuse Services and a substance abuse counselor with Tri-County Mental Health Service in Rowan County. In 2003 he was named a North Carolina Addiction Fellow by the NC Department of Human Services and the Duke Endowment. He is also a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives. He holds a Bachelors and Master’s degrees in Psychology and Counseling from Liberty University and later completed a Doctorate in Counseling. He also served on the board of directors at Fellowship Home of Winston-Salem, a group home for men in recovery.
Layman joins Fellowship Hall from The C12 Group where she served as Director of Marketing from 2013-2015. Her previous experience includes serving as Director of Marketing and Community Affairs and interim president of the United Arts Council of Greater Greensboro (now known as Arts Greensboro). She received a BA in studio art from Campbell University and completed the Executive Director’s Academy at the Guilford Nonprofit Consortium as well as the Leadership Development Program at the Center for Creative Leadership.

Fellowship Hall was the first licensed addiction treatment hospital in North Carolina.
