Residential Treatment on our campus in Greensboro, NC
Your New Life Begins Here
Fellowship Hall offers comprehensive treatment for alcoholism and drug addiction in a safe, supportive environment. We recognize that those suffering with alcoholism and addiction are also burdened with despair, anxiety, anger, depression, and loss of hope. Emotional and mental health issues can include wounds from unresolved trauma or grief that contribute to addictive behaviors.
No matter what brought you into treatment, our goal is to help you build a life in drug and alcohol recovery. Our residential treatment lasts 16 to 30 days on average, but the number of days is determined by your individual needs. Daily programming and therapeutic activities consist of individual and group therapy, medical care, activity therapy, family programs, and extensive education on the Twelve Step philosophy. You’ll be monitored for signs of relapse and safe treatment of any medical conditions. Our goal is to allow you to physically and emotionally stabilize and begin to learn lifelong skills for recovery.
Our Multi-disciplinary Approach to Co-Occurring Disorders
Many people suffer from depression, anxiety, personality disorders, and post-traumatic stress disorder. We believe that simultaneously treating co-occurring disorders contributes to overall health and well-being, allowing you to fully embrace a new life in drug and alcohol recovery. We have counselors trained to address a wide range of co-occurring disorders through individual and group therapy. Our full-time psychiatrist is board certified in Addiction Medicine and works with our clinicians to assist with any non-habit forming and safe medication needs.
Families Need Drug and Alcohol Recovery, Too
Building a strong family support network is critical to long-term drug and alcohol recovery. At Fellowship Hall, your loved ones may participate in our Family Program to learn about the disease of addiction and strategies to care for themselves while offering support to you. Drug and alcohol recovery is a process. When family members understand the process and where they fit in, communication and relationships improve.
Support Is the Key to Success
As you near completion of Residential Treatment, focus shifts to connecting you with a drug and alcohol recovery community to help sustain your recovery. We offer an Intensive Outpatient Program, a step-down from Residential Treatment, as well as Continuing Care provided through check-ins with our Alumni Coordinator. We encourage you to participate in Alumni outings and activities to keep your drug and alcohol recovery going strong.
