As we approach the end of 2025, I find myself reflecting on what an incredible year it has been for Fellowship Hall. This has been a year filled with growth, learning, and many meaningful moments of recovery and connection, and I am grateful for all we have accomplished together.

One of the highlights of 2025 has been seeing our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) thrive. Since launching last year, PHP has quickly become an essential part of our continuum of care, providing structure, flexibility, and connection for guests who need more support than outpatient care but do not require residential treatment. Guests consistently share how the program helps them balance accountability with independence, supporting them as they practice real-life recovery skills.

The program has recently been expanded to allow individuals to remain in PHP for up to six weeks. This additional time gives guests the opportunity to stabilize, strengthen their recovery tools, and gain confidence before stepping down to the next level of care.

Watching PHP grow and evolve has been one of this year’s most rewarding accomplishments. Another important step this year was adding an eating disorder specialist to our team. While Fellowship Hall does not treat eating disorders, this specialist supports guests who struggle with these issues so they can fully engage in addiction treatment. This addition removes a barrier to care and helps ensure that every guest has the best chance at successful recovery.

Through it all, what inspires me most is the people who make Fellowship Hall what it is. Our incredible staff show up every day with compassion, skill, and dedication. Our alumni remain the heartbeat of our community, sharing their stories, giving back, and reminding us all that recovery works. And our families, donors, and community supporters make it possible for us to continue this mission year after year.

Your involvement makes hope and healing possible. As 2025 comes to a close, I want to express my heartfelt thanks to each of you for being part of the Fellowship Hall family. Your support, encouragement, and belief in what we do allow us to continue changing lives. I hope the coming year brings peace, connection, and moments that remind you of the power of recovery and renewal.

From all of us at Fellowship Hall, we wish you a joyful season and continued hope as we move into 2026.

Warmly,

Kelly Scaggs, MHA, LCSW, LCAS, CCS, MAC, ICAADC
