Extended Addiction Treatment Program – Drug and Alcohol Recovery
Fellowship Hall’s Extended Treatment offers an additional 30-to-60 days of treatment for those who would like to go beyond the addiction recovery work in our Residential Treatment. Extended is a safe, healthy, and intimate treatment community that allows you to further your drug and alcohol recovery efforts. Extended is also an option for licensed professionals who are required by your professional monitoring boards to participate in a 90-day program. Note that Extended is self-pay only and is not covered by insurance.
Here you can explore the underlying issues, such as grief and trauma, that may have prevented or interrupted your recovery in the past. Extended provides a higher intensity therapy component within a holistic approach, built on the foundation of the Twelve Step philosophy. Therapy is conducted in intimate process groups, psycho-educational lectures, healthy lifestyle coaching, and individual focused therapy using a variety of techniques such as Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) and emotion externalization. Through self-examination, guests develop personalized relapse prevention plans.
Built upon a solid foundation of 12-step drug and alcohol recovery and structured therapeutic treatment, you’ll participate in educational lectures, meditation, music therapy, and yoga three times a week, as well as daily group counseling and ongoing individual counseling. Other treatment modalities such as EMDR and biofeedback are available when therapeutically helpful.
Upon completion of the Extended Treatment, Fellowship Hall provides education and resources to help you maintain your recovery through a counselor facilitated Early Recovery Group (ERG) and traditional outpatient counseling.
