Director of Quality and Compliance

Fellowship Hall, a 123-bed private, not-for-profit specialty hospital offering abstinence-based alcohol and drug treatment based on the 12-Step Model of Recovery, located on a serene 120-acre country setting in Greensboro, NC, is currently seeking a Director of Compliance.

At Fellowship Hall, it is our Mission to help people who suffer from substance use disorder, and to provide compassionate, cost-effective care while maintaining our commitment to a Twelve-Step philosophy.

The Director of Quality and Compliance is responsible for ensuring that Fellowship Hall follows all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies. This includes creating and implementing compliance programs, conducting audits, providing training, and reporting to senior management and regulatory bodies as needed.

Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree or higher required

Minimum of 3-5 years of related experience with healthcare regulatory compliance, action planning, mock surveys, and readiness planning preferred

Knowledge of Substance Use Disorder Treatment across the continuum

Experience with the Joint Commission

In-depth knowledge of ASAM criteria

Knowledge of CMS guidelines

Experience with EMR systems

The ideal candidate has excellent interpersonal skills, time management skills, strong analytical skills, and strong leadership skills.
