95% of our patients report having a better quality of life one year after treatment. Find out how we can help you the same way.
Fellowship Hall has been North Carolina’s number one alcohol and drug addiction recovery center since 1971. Based on the traditional twelve-step program, we’re a not-for-profit 501(c)(3) specialty hospital focused on giving people dignity and respect throughout their recovery journey. Our experienced staff prides itself on caring for our patients and their families and helping them find the push they need to get to a better place.
Our founders wanted Fellowship Hall to be a “Gateway To Freedom” for those struggling with addiction. For more than 50 years, it’s been an honor seeing countless people walk through that gateway to a better life.

Intensive Outpatient
Our Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP) are tailored to individuals who require a high level of care but are also managing the demands of their daily lives. Designed for those transitioning from more intensive treatment or for those whose substance use disorders are at a stage where full-time residential care isn’t necessary, the 8-week program is available in person or virtually.
Outpatient Services
Designed for individuals who are ready to ingrate back into their daily lives after completing an intensive outpatient program, our outpatient services help people find support and continue treatment for the comfort of home. This is a significant next step for those ready to advance through their recovery journey.
Professionials Program
In this program, we help working adults through a week-long group counseling track focused on substance use stigmas with drug and alcohol. The program includes a panel discussion, psychoeducational lectures and small group counseling to address returning to work, self-care, burnout, stress reduction and workplace risk factors.
